Green Citrus Smoothie Recipe

Serves: 1 large or 2 small

Prep Time: 5 minutes


Base Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh spinach

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango

  • 1 cup low-fat coconut milk

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice

  • Optional - Ice to desired consistency

  • Optional - 1/2 banana for creamier texture
